
Quality and certificates
In 2000, the company obtained the Quality Management System certificate according to ISO 9001 from LLOYD'S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE. On the basis of this certificate we annually undergo a control audit by this company and recertification once per three years.

Used material
Patented spring wire EN 10270-1
is the basic material for our products. It is a hot-rolled wire made of carbon steel of class 12, which is further annealed, patented and drawn to the required diameter.
It is mainly used to produce compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs and bent wires.
Patented spring wire EN 10270-1 – ZINC PLATED – MATT/GLOSSY
this wire is mainly used for production of shaped springs, which do not require heat treatment.
Stainless steel spring wire EN 10270-3 (AISI 302 - 1.4310)
corrosion resistant wire composition X10CrNi18-8 is another basic material for direct production. It is usually a material with a matte or glossy surface.
It is mainly used for production of compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs and bent wires.
Drawn round steel H9 – quality S 235JRC+C
This wire is mainly used for production of shaped springs and rings, which can be further welded. It is not a wire suitable for the production of compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, which must exert force characteristics.
